MICHAEL’S story
Michael Lerner joined Horizon Engage in 2017 to lead the editorial team. Fluent in Spanish, Michael was previously a global business journalist and an editorial consultant. He also wrote a report on natural resources and sovereign wealth funds for the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean branch in Buenos Aires.
Michael received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in political science from New York University. He specialized in international politics and business, and wrote a graduate thesis on Argentina’s nationalization of YPF.
