MATTHEW’S story
Matthew joined Horizon Engage in 2024 as a Senior Director and focuses on building our client base and expanding our global brand. He is an experienced business development executive, consultant and board member, and has served as a trusted partner for institutional investors and corporate leadership over his two-decade career. His work centers on solutions and services at the intersection of human expertise, technology and data.
Prior to joining Horizon Engage he founded and ran MacroTessera, a consultancy advising organizations from tech startups to multinational corporations on business development, sales and go-to-market strategy for new product and service offerings.
He previously served as Oxford Analytica’s Managing Director and Head of North America, focusing on innovation, strategy and product development. He ran the Global Markets group at Predata Inc., a cutting-edge predictive analytics platform using AI to manage strategy and risk. He also served in various leadership roles at Eurasia Group, a New York-based geopolitical risk advisory firm, where he was responsible for business development, consulting, research management and product innovation. Most recently he led global strategic partnerships at Enquire AI.
He holds a MSc in International Relations from Royal Holloway College, University of London and a BA in History and English from Franklin & Marshall College. Matthew lives in New Jersey with his wife Keturah and their children Olivia and Henry.
