Daniela’S story
Daniela Hall joined Horizon Engage in 2023 as a senior analyst for Mexico. She is a policy professional with seven years of experience in the public, private and academic sectors. Daniela has served as speechwriter and advisor to the Minister at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked as policy researcher at several institutions, including the Center for U.S-Mexican Studies and the Migration Policy Institute in Washington D.C. In 2017, Daniela represented Mexico’s youth at the G20 Summit.
Daniela received a B.A. degree in International Relations from El Colegio de México (COLMEX), a top research center in Latin America, and an M.A. in Public Policy from University of California San Diego
Daniela is fluent in Spanish, English, German, and French.
